Microsoft has acquired Ally.io, a leading OKR (objectives and key results) company, to improve the employee experience by aligning people’s work with team goals and company mission.
This acquisition will allow Microsoft to leverage technology for bringing a deeper connection to purpose, work, and results in the hybrid world. Ally.io will join the Microsoft Viva family as a part of its employee experience platform (EXP) to help organisations embrace the new digital work life.
