Librestream Joins Hands With Microsoft To Empower Enterprise-Grade Workforce Transformation

Librestream, a workforce transformation technology platform for the industrial workforce, has announced its online integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 to streamline enterprises’ fieldwork operations and expand the reach of its Onsight platform.

The partnership will help Librestream offer an unparalleled level of interoperability to industrial customers who are leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 as the hub for their digital transformation processes.

“Through the Microsoft AppSource, customers around the world can easily find, buy, and deploy partner solutions they can trust, all certified and optimized to run on Azure,” said Jake Zborowski, general manager, Microsoft Azure Platform at Microsoft Corp. “We’re happy to welcome Librestream to the growing Microsoft AppSource ecosystem.”

In recent times, industrial operations are facing gigantic hurdles in production and productivity loss, loss of critical knowledge, and concerns with speed to safety and field. The collaboration between Librestream and Microsoft will help in mitigating these challenges through remote assistance. It also includes skills-based remote expert assistance, AI-enhanced metadata capture, digitization of work instructions and procedures, digital asset management, and computer vision and natural language processing.

“The continued partnership with Microsoft is a testament to our joint commitment to provide business-level solutions and value to the deskless workforce,” said Tim Harader, vice president of business development at Librestream. “Through this new integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365, we aim to help organizations build a seamless knowledge network, benefitting their workforce’s digital transformation process by capturing and sharing knowledge in real-time.”

The integration will offer a single source of knowledge to field service teams that will help in streamlining field service operations with a unified workflow automating Onsight sessions. It will also simplify reporting by easily passing data and reporting back to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and improving capture, storage, and access to all types of resources including work transcripts, job notes and reports, videos, photos, and call metrics.
