McAfee Enterprise has announced that MVISION Cloud, which is a part of its secure access service edge (SASE) offering - MVISION Unified Cloud Edge (UCE), now offers improved security coverage for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
The solution complements the capabilities of Dynamics 365 by leveraging a frictionless API-based cloud-native approach that allows IT teams to seamlessly enforce data loss prevention (DLP) policies and collaboration controls, access control, audit all user activity, address threats from insiders and compromised accounts, and secure corporate data as users collaborate in the cloud.
Microsoft Dynamics 365, a line of enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management software applications, empowers organisations to create more engaging customer experiences and deliver operational excellence. McAfee is one of the only cloud access security broker (CASB) vendors to release API-integrated enterprise data and threat protection capabilities for Dynamics 365, offering an added layer of control, visibility, and security to enterprise users.
MVISION Cloud will help in monitoring sensitive messages and files posted in entities, both in real-time and on-demand. This will help users mitigate risks and take corrective action.
It also enables the auditing of regulated data uploaded to Dynamics 365.
MVISION Cloud will also allow end-users to self-correct their violations, thereby minimising the burden on IT security teams.
It can also be used to remediate policy violations by coaching users, notifying administrators, restoring and deleting user actions.
