Microsoft Brings Generative AI To CRM Product Suite

Microsoft has enhanced its customer relationship management (CRM) solutions with generative artificial intelligence (AI).

The tech, which draws on OpenAI’s tools, will help organizations easily build chatbots for customer service, among other tasks. It will also help marketers and salespeople easily write better emails based on topics fed into the AI to improve the relevance of campaigns. Copilot is also designed to meet that demand, assisting with busywork related to manual data entry, and content generation & taking notes.

Copilots can also be used to pull together contextual answers to queries over chat and email channels, along with providing an interactive chat experience.

Microsoft has used an iteration of ChatGPT to soup up its Bing search browser with Google responding with an offering called Bard.
